The main part will end with the production Fragment by the famous Russian director Dmitry Krymov
“When standing in front of a famous painting, I am interested in taking a good look at its parts, maybe even more than at the whole picture, so that, there, as if in a drop of water, I would discover the artist’s portrait and individuality,” said Dmitry Krymov about his production Fragment. Krymov is a distinctive Russian director and one of the many artists who fled their country when Putin started the war in Ukraine. Here, he focuses on the beginning of the third act of Chekhov’s Three Sisters, the scene of the night fire, paying special attention to the eldest sister, Olga.
