Apples

A production scented with apples and memories, combining visual inventiveness with finely nuanced performances. At first glance it appears to be a gentle and tranquil reflection on family traditions and on the apples that have always been cored in the family home. Yet it is also about the conflict between tradition and the courage to begin something new, about freedom and dependence. The production was created for the Císařovy nové šaty festival, held in honour of Professor Jan Císař.
