Small Stage
Duration: 80 min and has no intermission
This production is based on the work of the French novelist Henri Pourrat, a friend of the Czech poet and graphic artist Bohuslav Reynek and his wife Suzanne Renaud, who began collecting and recording folk tales during his wanderings through the Auvergne region. These stories are magical and untamed, yet also full of humour, earthy rawness and profound humanity. Four performers tell them in extraordinary harmony, creating an atmosphere of closeness and human fellowship.
